Welcome to WorkPull ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") govern your use of our website and services operated by WorkPull.io.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set on a monthly.
At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or WorkPull cancels it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting WorkPull customer support team.
WorkPull will use commercially reasonable efforts to make the Services available with an uptime of 99.9% or greater. The service uptime excludes scheduled maintenance windows, which will be communicated in advance.
In the event that WorkPull does not meet the service uptime commitment, you will be eligible to receive a service credit as specified in our Service Level Agreement.
We take the security of your data seriously. WorkPull implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized or unlawful processing, accidental loss, destruction, or damage.
Our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference, explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our Services, you consent to our collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Services:
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of WorkPull and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the Bangladesh and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of WorkPull.
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact our support team to request account deletion.
In no event shall WorkPull, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.
